Terms of service

2. Scope
These Terms govern the use of the store and the purchase of Rabiskas products by consumers. We may update them when necessary; changes only apply to orders placed after they are published.
3. Use of the store
You agree to use the store responsibly and lawfully. Buying requires you to be at least 18 years old or to have the permission of your legal representatives.
4. Products
The contents, recommended age and safety warnings of each kit are shown on its page. The images aim to represent the products faithfully, although there may be small colour differences depending on your screen.
The kits are not suitable for children under 36 months (they contain small parts) and must be used in accordance with the warnings on the packaging and on the product page.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you confirm payment. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order, with a full refund.
6. Orders and payment
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. The order is only prepared once payment is confirmed; with deferred payment methods (for example, a Multibanco reference), the order remains pending until payment is received.
We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a technical error, lack of stock, suspected fraud or incorrect details, with a refund of any amount paid.
7. Shipping
We ship to Portugal, the European Union and the rest of the world. Destinations, costs and delivery times are described in the Shipping policy.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason. The procedure is described in the Refund policy.
9. Legal guarantee
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for consumer goods, for 3 years from delivery (Decree-Law no. 84/2021). In the event of a lack of conformity, contact us with your order number and photos of the problem.
10. Intellectual property
The store's content (texts, illustrations, images, logos, games and materials) belongs to Rabiskas or is used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
11. Liability
The materials must be used in a way that suits the child's age and, where indicated, under adult supervision. We are not liable for damage resulting from use contrary to the warnings or from a lack of supervision.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
You can file a complaint in the Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico).
In the event of a dispute, you can turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution entity, namely CICAP, Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto (www.cicap.pt). More information on the Portuguese Consumer Portal.
13. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence.
