Refund policy
This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can return the products under the conditions below.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014, you have 14 days from the day you receive the products to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason.
How to return
- Email encomendas@rabiskas.pt within this period, with your order number and your decision to return. You may use the model withdrawal form from Decree-Law no. 24/2014, but it is not required.
- Wait for our shipping instructions.
- Return the products within 14 days of telling us your decision, in good condition, complete and, where possible, in the original packaging.
Refund
We refund all payments received, including the original shipping costs (for the cheapest delivery option we offer), within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.
The direct cost of returning the products is your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or was sent by mistake.
Faulty products or products sent by mistake
The products benefit from the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (Decree-Law no. 84/2021). If a product arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, write to encomendas@rabiskas.pt with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
If you would rather exchange one kit for another (for example, a different level or book language), contact us within 14 days and we will agree on the procedure.
